A little clarity before you begin

Good questions.
Straightforward answers.

From your first checklist to your next team member, here are the details that help you get started with confidence.

Getting started

What does TechBoarding help my team do?

TechBoarding bring employee onboarding tasks, resources, and progress into one workspace. New hires have a place to find their next steps, and team leads can keep track of how onboarding is going.

Where do I begin?

Create an account, set up your organization, and start building your onboarding checklists. Then invite team members and connect them with the tasks and resources they need.

Is this just for new hires?

New hires use the workspace to follow their onboarding tasks. Team leads and organization administrators use it to organize the process, manage people, and follow progress.

Your workspace

Can I tailor the onboarding process to my team?

Yes. You can create and manage checklists with your own onboarding tasks and resources, so the process reflects what people need to learn and do in your organization.

Can I include resources with tasks?

Yes. Add a resource URL to link a task to instructions, a document, or a website, so new hires have helpful context when they need it.

Who can manage onboarding?

Access depends on a person’s role. Organization administrators manage the organization, team leads manage within their assigned scope, and members focus on their own onboarding work.

Plans & help

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Starter is free for up to 5 team members and includes email support. It is a starting point for small teams exploring their onboarding process.

What if we have a larger team?

Pro is $49 per month for up to 50 team members, with basic reports and analytics and priority support. Enterprise offers custom pricing for unlimited team members, reports and analytics, and priority support. Contact us to discuss your needs.

Where can I ask another question?

Visit Contact Us to prepare an email with your question. If you already have an account and need help with your team's onboarding, the Support page in your workspace is also a useful place to start.
